We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Labourer to join our team in the field of interlocking pavers and landscape construction.

As a Landscaper/Labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to excavation, compaction of aggregates, earth moving, installation of concrete pavers, operation of light machinery, laying sod and grass, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation and preparation of job sites for interlocking paver installation.
• Perform compaction of aggregates to ensure a stable base for paver installation.
• Utilize powerassisted wheelbarrows for efficient earthmoving and transportation of materials.
• Participate in the installation of concrete pavers according to design specifications.
• Operate light machinery such as plate compactors and mini excavators.
• Laying sod
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous job site experience in landscaping or construction.
• Proficiency in operating various equipment used in landscaping and construction projects.
• Experience in cutting concrete pavers with saws or other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions closely.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
$20.62-$21.74 per hour
