About the Position
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resource Administrator will assist the organization in meeting its operational objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete benefit package enrollment, modifications and terminations in accordance with company practices
  • Investigate and resolve any benefits related concerns, errors and challenges
  • Assist the Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager by screening resumes based on search criteria and conducting introductory phone interviews
  • Attend inperson interviews as required
  • Assist with workplace conduct investigations
  • Develop and/or delver employee letters, including discipline, coaching, workplace accommodations, or other communications necessary
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in human resource administration
  • Ability to communicate well in both written and oral formats
  • Good analytical, problemsolving and judgement skills
  • Working knowledge of employment laws
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS software
  • Pursuit of CPHR designation is preferred
