  • Infrastructure Up gradation and maintenance: All facility up gradation /maintenance activities at site
  • Unionized workforce
  • 1) Operation of utilities

  • Plan and Implement continuous improvement at utility
  • Equipment systems on site: Boilers, air compressors, amonia cooling systems, DAF waste water treatment system, HVAC systems
  • 2) Maintenance Management -

  • Regular Monitoring and review of MTBF and MTTR for Equipment
  • Uptime of utilities to be > 99%
  • Ensure PM compliance > 95%
  • Ensure spare availability for critical equipment
  • Drive " RCA " in utility
  • 3) Fire Hydrant /Fire alarm

  • Operation Health of Fire hydrant as per best practices guideline by FM and in compliance with fire NOC recommendation
  • Operation and checks of Fire alarm system
  • Ensure availability of critical spares and 100% compliance to PM
  • 4) Waste Water Management & Solid waste management

  • Complete responsibility to ensure Operation & maintenance of ETP as per the consent norms
  • Daily Monitoring and tracking of critical parameters, take corrective actions in case on deviation
  • Interact with all the units to reduce waste water generation
  • Optimization of ETP operation cost
  • Energy Cost : steam ,DG ,electricity etc
  • 5) Cost Control

  • Drive a cost effective program management to optimize
  • Water treatment cost
  • Monitor/ control spend Vis a Vis contract on regular basis
  • 6) Statutory Compliance

    To understand and comply all documents pertaining to

  • Factories Acts and TSSA rules.
  • Boiler Inspectorate
  • Electrical Inspectorate
  • Weights and Measures
  • Education / Certifications:

  • Stationary Engineer - Class 2 certification required or Refrigeration Class A
  • Job specific requirements:

  • At least 10 years of related work experience
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Work schedule:

  • Regular business hours M-F (On-site)
