What you'll do:

Lead and facilitate process improvement projects alongside various stakeholders, with process mapping and analysis, data collection and implementation of improvements as key responsibilities.
Support process redesign initiatives using leading tools to engage, identify, implement and sustain improvement opportunities
Monitor and advise on key enterprise projects to ensure an optimal member experience

What you've got:

A postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of agile project management, process mapping, and/or process improvement frameworks and practices
Ability to conduct leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative member centric processes and procedures
Experience leading a project through the project life cycle while liaising effectively with key stakeholders
Experience with digital automation, data analytics, and training in Lean would be an asset
