Part-Time Temporary Housekeeper
WA Day Elementary School, Fort Macleod

Livingstone Range School Division is accepting applications for a Part-Time Temporary Housekeeper (4 hours per day) at WA Day Elementary School located in Fort Macleod, AB.

This is a temporary position until August 30, 2024 with the possibility of extension.

The applicant must be able to communicate and interact positively with the public, co-workers, staff, and administration to ensure all needs are addressed at the site.

lifting chairs, moving furniture or boxes of materials, cleaning equipment, and climbing stairs/ladders. The daily work routine involves the use of various chemicals.
Washing of all desks, counters, doors, windows, etc.
Garbage collection and removal
Preventative maintenance – tightening furniture or changing light bulbs
Snow and ice removal from walkways
The ability to work independently and secure the facilities is essential.
Capable of working alone and with minimum supervision
Display a good working knowledge of all chemicals/procedures used by caretaking staff
Able to work with a variety of chemicals
including Vulnerable Sector Check from Police Services or an RCMP detachment.
