Dialer Analyst - North York, Canada - Total Credit Recovery

As the
Dialer Analyst, you will:
- Develop, build, and monitor outbound dialer campaigns and omnichannel communication strategies to deliver best in class performance in conjunction with the Analytics team.
- Ensure dialing campaigns are fully compliant with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
- Oversee the daytoday functionality of a state of the art telephony platform in a multichannel environment.
- Troubleshoot service interruptions and liaise with vendors and support staff to guarantee timely resolutions.
- Take responsibility for the daytoday administrative duties associated with a highperformance omnichannel communication system.
- Provide regular consultation to senior management on dialer performance trends.
- Have an open mind set of 'continuous improvement' leading to innovation and process enhancements.
Dialer Analyst, you will have completed your 'Information Systems' post graduate program (or similar). If you have knowledge of call centre technologies and processes or experience with Genesys PureConnect that would be ideal. As an ideal recruit for the role,
i. You should be well versed with Microsoft Office suite
ii. You should adept at learning and managing complex software and related processes
iii. You should have a demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve through root cause analysis
iv. You should have strong organizational skills and can propose, manage and implement new projects
v. You should have a low tolerance for ineffective/inefficient processes and are willing to develop and implement the solutions to improve them
vi. You should have the ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment
vii. A great communicator with interpersonal skills
viii. Nice to have some "SQL" skills.
ix. Work in the office Monday to Friday
x. Available for after hours on-call shifts at home and in the office

$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
