Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Constant communication with customers, team members and insurance partners
- Data entry
- Scheduling of repairs and estimates
- Organization and filing of paperwork
- Receiving, entering, depositing, and reconciling payments of various forms
- Keeping up with COVID19 sanitization and safety requirements
Skills and Attributes:
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Must be organized
- Works well with others in a team environment, but also able to work independently
- Reliable and bondable
- Excellent communication skills required
- Computer and typing skills required
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a shop environment (noise and smells in the back shop)
