Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices across various aspects of HR to then act as input for the overall Talent strategy and strategic initiatives
  • Project Manage current talent initiatives (Learning and Development, AI, Mobility, Talent Brand etc) to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • Support and guide various Talent community of practices by facilitating regular calls and ensuring the progress of priorities
  • Manage the collection, access and dissemination of best practices developed across the world in a cohesive manner utilizing Sharepoint as a tool and with data privacy measures guiding the approach
  • Convert ideas and mini projects within different Talent areas into actionable plans
  • Create and share insights with the broader Talent community in a monthly newsletter or webinar style presentation
  • Create a collaborative environment across teams and regions to foster innovation in the talent community
  • Strong background in Talent strategy, Human Capital consulting, Talent Development, Project Management and related areas with a deep passion for innovation and ideation along with the ability to transform ideas into action
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and internal and external best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also create a collaborative environment for disparate teams to come together
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to drive impactful changes
  • Knowledge of Talent Management practices and strategies
  • Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects with varying priorities
  • Multiregional or Global HR experience
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to communicate across cultures and languages
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills

Pay:
$90.00-$120.00 per year
