Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices across various aspects of HR to then act as input for the overall Talent strategy and strategic initiatives
Project Manage current talent initiatives (Learning and Development, AI, Mobility, Talent Brand etc) to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Support and guide various Talent community of practices by facilitating regular calls and ensuring the progress of priorities
Manage the collection, access and dissemination of best practices developed across the world in a cohesive manner utilizing Sharepoint as a tool and with data privacy measures guiding the approach
Convert ideas and mini projects within different Talent areas into actionable plans
Create and share insights with the broader Talent community in a monthly newsletter or webinar style presentation
Create a collaborative environment across teams and regions to foster innovation in the talent community
Strong background in Talent strategy, Human Capital consulting, Talent Development, Project Management and related areas with a deep passion for innovation and ideation along with the ability to transform ideas into action
Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and internal and external best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also create a collaborative environment for disparate teams to come together
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to drive impactful changes
Knowledge of Talent Management practices and strategies
Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects with varying priorities
Multiregional or Global HR experience
Change management experience
Ability to communicate across cultures and languages
Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
