How will you contribute to the team?
Under the general direction of the Talent Acquisiton Lead, the Talent Analyst Intern will work with the Human Resources.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Advisor in preparing and updating job descriptions.
- Post job openings on social media, media outlets, career sites, etc.
- Schedule calls and interviews for hiring teams (managers, HR, Talent Acquisition Team).
- Conduct initial phone screen and provide recommendations to Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- Follow up with hiring teams (managers, HR, Talent Acquisition Team) throughout the process.
- Prepare, when required, job offer and relevant documents and extend formal offer as well as manage negotiations for junior or entry positions.
- Contribute to the preparation and coordination of career fairs/days, open houses and industry events to promote SNCL job opportunities and to stay adtuned for changes in the market and the network.
- Act as SNCL Ambassador by participating to recruitment events.
What will you contribute?
- Business student preferred, minimum 2nd year or higher
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English verbal / written. (French is an asset)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Autonomous with the ability to work in a teamdriven environment
- Demonstrate rigor in the management of files
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Capability of working with sensitive and confidential information
