Voor de afdeling Quality Control Analytical Chemistry (QC-AC) in Oss zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een geschikte kandidaat voor de functie van:
Lab Manager, Quality Control (EMC)
De afdeling Quality Control Analytical Chemistry is onderdeel van Qualilty Operations op de Organon site in Oss . In deze afdeling zijn de laboratoria o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig uitvoeren van fysische en chemische testen op grondstoffen, eindproducten en verpakkingsmaterialen. Naast vrijgifte analyses behoren validatie van analytische methoden en het initiëren/coördineren van stabiliteitsonderzoek van eindproducten tot de kernactiviteiten van QC-AC.
Doel van de functie
Als Laboratory Equipment Manager ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid van alle analyse apparatuur binnen QC-AC. De EMC afdeling ondersteunt de labs bij het oplossen van apparatuur gerelateerde problemen, het managen van technische projecten en kwalificatie en onderhoud van apparatuur. Je werkt nauw samen met de betreffende quality afdelingen en rapporteert aan de QC-AC manager. Tevens ben je de Data Integrity Champion van de site en heb je hier een coördinerend en adviserend rol.
Geef je leiding aan een team van 10 tot 15 personen.
Je geeft ondersteuning bij de opmaak van het investeringsbudget en draagt bij tot de realisatie ervan.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van onderhoudsplannen welke betrekking hebben op laboratoriumapparatuur.
Je doet verbetervoorstellen en schrijft business cases voor verbeterprojecten, stelt deliverables op en maakt planningen voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de voorgestelde verbeteringen.
Je initieert, leidt of neemt deel aan projecten m.b.t. vervangen van apparatuur en zorgt voor borging van administratieve zaken en planning rondom projecten. Je rapporteert de voortgang van projecten aan het projectteam en aan de Manager QC-AC.
Je weet "Change control" goed toe te passen bij het doorvoeren van wijzigingen.
