Our Client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant who is collaborative, resourceful and enjoys working in a dynamic environment to join their team.

The OCM will partner with our clients & business areas to improve services, facilitate change, and ensure projects deliver their intended business outcomes.

The OCM will also support the PMO team for developing, implementing, and improving practices, tools, and other supports to help ensure successful project delivery including the PMO Strategic roadmap projects and Innovation initiatives.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

A degree in a related field
A demonstrated track record (minimum 5 years) of successfully leading the planning and execution of strategic change efforts in support of organization and cultural change.
Experience creating and delivering change management activities within a project structure.
Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience working within largescale organizational change efforts.

Nice To Have Skills

Change management certification would be considered a strong asset.
Lean six sigma, Kanban model and Agile certification would be considered a strong asset.
