    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our inside and outside sales teams. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving sales success.

    As our National Sales Manager you will:

    Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

    ● Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to inside and outside sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team sales goals.

    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

    ● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

    ● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to optimize sales performance.

    ● Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and OKRs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    ● Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to motivate and empower the sales team.

    ● Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    ● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and expand our network.

    Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field;

    ● Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing inside and outside sales teams.

    ● Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies.

    ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

    ● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

    ● Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

    ● Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    ● Willingness to travel as needed.
