Summary
The Product Improvement Manager is responsible for sustaining and improving the product design with product changes and improvements. This includes the adaption of our existing product line including the individual sub-assemblies and components.
The Product Improvement Manager will be part of the R&D Team and is responsible to optimize the cost structure during the entire product lifecycle.
This role will investigate and implement process and product improvements from product launch through production end.Core Competencies

Job Duties
- Manage the technical product documentation. (Product Drawings, Part Lists, Manuals)
- Manage and respond to all technical and product related inquires.
- Implement Product Improvement for products in the field and in our product offering.
- Identify and eliminate any weak points in our product families and communicate changes internally.
- Assist with quality issues in collaboration with internal departments as well external vendors.
- Be part of the product range expansion from North America, independently and/or with colleagues from the R&D team.
- Work and communicate with product designers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior Product Management and R&D Experience an asset
- Ability to use Autocad/Solidworks
- Knowledge in the Gymnastics industry would be an asset
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, selfmotivated, and resultsoriented.
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.

Work Conditions
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
