Description
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join Prosure Group in Toronto, ON.

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services the Account Coordinator is responsible for the adjudication and claims payment for all HSA and Cost Plus Clients.

This individual will also be responsible for administering, servicing all HAS and Cost Plus group clients, through day-to-day management and high level customer service satisfaction.


The Account Coordinator will:


  • Adjudicate and pay health and dental claims while assisting client with claims
  • Prepare and distribute monthly client account statements
  • Handle all incoming inquiries from clients, sales consultants/brokers and other staff in a timely manner and conduct follow ups when necessary
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests within time requirements
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Communicate to the Manager, Client Services any issues/concerns immediately, that may affect retention
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding changes to their benefit plans, claims and other inquiries
  • Professionally build and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, sales consultants/brokers, and insurance carriers
  • Support IT team when needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager, Client Services

To be successful
as an Account Coordinator
with Prosure Group, you will need:

  • Superior communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Superior presentation and communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines and with little supervision
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
