    This role offers a unique opportunity to join Magnus Software Inc. as a full-time Support Technician for our SDS2 software.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with users to resolve IT problems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver top-notch technical support and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
    • Effectively communicate with users to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with SDS2 software.
    • Excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
    • Relevant certifications in IT or a related field.
    • Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
