What you will do:

Cineplex Digital Media (CDM) is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team This role will focus on leading an existing portfolio, including 1-2 core account plus between 2-5 smaller/mid-sized accounts providing client management and relationship development with a strong focus on account growth.

In this role you will report into the Account Director or Executive Director.

What The Role Is:
Leads account sales and experience strategy and planning. Proactively seeks revenue driving opportunities through a clear understanding of client needs and industry/competitive trends. Strengthens client relationships with professionalism, clarity and great communication. Manages team through coaching and mentorship while helping to set and track key performance targets. Manages multiple client projects independently and ensuring the necessary cross functional accountability.

Tracking of P&Ls, budget targets, including costs and effort to hit margin targets & Generates (with support) client reporting (with key insights), proposals and decks& Reporting of client activity to Account Director/Executive Director.
