About the role:

What you'll do:

Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Track hiring metrics including timetohire, timetofill, and source of hire
Coordinate the hiring process end to end
Monitoring staffing logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.
Network with potential companies to build client base for the company
Maintain relationships with new clients and staff based on their needs
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

What you'll bring:

Proven experience as a Recruiter, or similar role
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook
Strong interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team Spirit
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
Able to communicate in
Spanish (required)
