Description

The Internal Communications Specialist will directly assist the Internal Communications team with a wide range of projects related to communications, social media, event planning, video production and intranet upkeep.

This is a full-time position.

NOTE:
this is not an hourly position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Internal Communications team with communications planning, designing template, managing shared mailboxes, and ghost writing.

Work with the team on the execution of changes to our website, intranet and social media sites, development of internal newsletters, and video production

Provide administrative support for global HR team and marketing which may include coordinating projects, events, or assistance with global employee recognition program

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem solving & ability to learn on the fly

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Strong attention to detail

Must be dependable, adaptable and able to meet deadlines, be highly motivated & driven to succeed

Familiarity with communications tools such as Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Wordpress and/or html experience would be a bonus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1-2 years experience in marketing or communications preferred
