During this program, you will be a contributor to the success of a dynamic team that focuses on enterprise architecture, improving user experience, and managing relationships with key business partners.


  • Partnering with enterprise architects on key design concepts that can be deployed across the organization
  • Support the creation of technology roadmap and lifecycle management plans
  • Producing and analyzing operational reports from Service Now to highlight anomalies, identify trends, and identify proactive measures to reduce the number of incidents and unplanned outages
  • Assisting in the development of user adoption strategy and communication plans for enterprise technology projects

The individual we seek is determined with these qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • 18 years or older
  • Currently enrolled in a fulltime Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
  • Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
  • Enrolled in a fulltime Bachelor's degree program following the potential internship or coop assignment with an accredited college or university
  • Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
  • Student must be located in Canada for the duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Basic understanding of data models designed to utilize Cloudbased technologies such as Amazon Web Services, S3, Snowflake, and Databricks
  • Ability to connect with business partners to understand desired system functionality and translate to user stories
  • Experience with test plan management and user experience design in an agile operating environment
