During this program, you will be a contributor to the success of a dynamic team that focuses on enterprise architecture, improving user experience, and managing relationships with key business partners.

Partnering with enterprise architects on key design concepts that can be deployed across the organization
Support the creation of technology roadmap and lifecycle management plans
Producing and analyzing operational reports from Service Now to highlight anomalies, identify trends, and identify proactive measures to reduce the number of incidents and unplanned outages
Assisting in the development of user adoption strategy and communication plans for enterprise technology projects

The individual we seek is determined with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

18 years or older
Currently enrolled in a fulltime Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
Enrolled in a fulltime Bachelor's degree program following the potential internship or coop assignment with an accredited college or university
Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Student must be located in Canada for the duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of data models designed to utilize Cloudbased technologies such as Amazon Web Services, S3, Snowflake, and Databricks
Ability to connect with business partners to understand desired system functionality and translate to user stories
Experience with test plan management and user experience design in an agile operating environment
