Under the general direction of the Manager, Core SIS System products, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team creating, implementing, and supporting curriculum and


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Analyzing, recommending, and designing highly complex software architecture
  • Checking that security authorization meets University guidelines and project requirements
  • Reconciling business requirements with information architecture needs for highly complex system integration
  • Analyzing, recommending and designing technical solutions for highly complex IT problems
  • Developing task schedules in concert with project schedules
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ensuring that appropriate development and testing environments were established

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering; or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years recent and related experience, including three (3) years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience with IT project implementation, including developing project schedules
  • Demonstrated experience designing, testing, and modifying processes and workflows within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, and ensuring they adhere to industry standards, and are testable
  • Experience developing,optimizing, and and supporting database servers, including but not limited to, MS SQL, MySQL
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), including strong presentation and graphical communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to create, communicate, and implement technical visions
  • Proven ability to find solutions to difficult and complexproblems and to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
  • Ability and inclination to keep technical skills uptodate and relevant
  • Ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personal data
  • Highly proficient with managing and creating user access roles within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments

Assets (Nonessential):


  • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
  • Understanding of AURA and APEX programming languages
  • Understanding of LWC and how they are used and deployed within a Salesforce environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Student Success Hub (formerly Student Advisor Link
