    Description

    Management Trainee

    We're hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility.

    This program provides a clear beginning and an open end that's full of opportunities. You can count on training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within to progress in your career.

    You'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. As you master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team you'll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn customer service sales finance operations marketing strategies
    • Cultivate new business develop teams excel with mentorship guidance support

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in BBA BCom BMgt or related field from accredited Canadian University or international equivalent recognized by WES Citizenship Canada IRCC preference
    • 6 months cumulative experience involvement leadership military athletics clubs organizations Sales & Customer Service commission sales retail restaurant hospitality industry required valid Canadian Class G G2 driver's license no more than two moving violations/at fault accidents last three years clean drug alcohol record authorized work Canada not require sponsorship NOC permanent residency CA eligible age 18+
