As an Automotive Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership's administrative functions.

You will oversee a variety of tasks related to financial management, office administration, customer service, and team coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in office management.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and office supply management.
  • Oversee financial activities such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department managers to support sales, service, and other dealership operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive office management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automotive dealership management software (DayForce/CDK).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and accounting principles is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, as effective communication with customers, employees, and vendors is essential to the success of the role.
  • In office work environment
  • Primarily sedentary position with some mobility required for moving around office, attending meetings and filing.
  • Will need to use hands for tasks such as typing, writing, operating office equipment, and handling paperwork.
  • Office managers may encounter stressful situations such as tight deadlines, challenging interactions, or unexpected problems. The ability to manage stress effectively and stay composed under pressure is valuable.
