As an Automotive Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership's administrative functions.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and office supply management.
- Oversee financial activities such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
- Supervise office staff and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with department managers to support sales, service, and other dealership operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive office management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automotive dealership management software (DayForce/CDK).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, as effective communication with customers, employees, and vendors is essential to the success of the role.
- In office work environment
- Primarily sedentary position with some mobility required for moving around office, attending meetings and filing.
- Will need to use hands for tasks such as typing, writing, operating office equipment, and handling paperwork.
- Office managers may encounter stressful situations such as tight deadlines, challenging interactions, or unexpected problems. The ability to manage stress effectively and stay composed under pressure is valuable.
