The Opportunity:

As the Dock & Doors Dispatcher for Hansler, you will be the first and last point of contact for all our service customers.

You will gather and assess customer needs and manage the repair process for their equipment. You will succeed in achieving 100% customer satisfaction by developing and building strong customer relationships and providing innovative solutions.

Our Dock and Doors division specializes in a range of products and brands, including Blue Giant, to ensure we meet all our customer's dock system needs.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable working independently, while effectively collaborating and communicating with a range of key stakeholders.

Organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks are also critical skills for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers, technicians, and appropriate vendors to ensure all jobs are on schedule and within budget
Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites
Answer service calls in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate invoices and quotes to the appropriate personnel
Update scheduler daily
Provide a high level of customer service
Prioritize incoming workload in an effective manner
Additional branch administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); ERP experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Postsecondary education is considered an asset
Docks & Doors experience is considered an asset
Experience in a dispatch customer service role is considered an asset
