Your Role

What you'll be doing

Develop detailed project plans working with sales team members and customers in order to get results of mutually set goals and key deliverables (Baxter/Customer)
Effectively facilitate project meetings using standardized templates (agendas, approved presentations) and keep projects on track
Contribute the enhancement and standardization of new clinical education content whereby key messages are aligned with annual marketing plans and business priorities and support new product launches as identified and required
Conduct a comprehensive clinical educational needs assessment for sales teams for future project planning purposes as the need arises
Deliver standardized and approved presentations with key customers using current literature (from Global Medical Affairs CMT) and/or clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) as appropriate
Leverage technology (i.e. WebEx, Elearning, Applications) platforms to augment the educational experience for customers and extend clinical education to new market segments in more efficient ways
Support customers in the preparation of oral, poster presentations based on project work within a program which supports demonstrating the value of Baxter and the project results to the broader market
Evaluate customer satisfaction with new program offerings and identify key performance metrics to evaluate return on investment

What you'll bring

University Undergraduate Degree (Business, Health Sciences)
Must be a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3+ years in nephrology nursing (PD or CKD) in a healthcare environment
Experience leading teams (clinical leads, educator, professional practice leader in hospital environment)
Experience in patient education
Prior sales or marketing experience (pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred)
Progressive professional experience in areas of healthcare education and/or project management in implementing clinical programs preferred
Strong business insight
Strategic approach with effective critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work well in team environment and motivate/lead impactful team
Strong interpersonal skills including listening, influencing and presentation skills
Proven training experience in a sales environment with large multinational organization
Experience developing and implementing Channel Partner Education programs
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Ability to work independently and is selfmotivated
Excellent public speaker at ease moderating large groups
Experience conducting needs assessment and analysis
Process and project management experience
Proven track record of success
Manage a changing environment
