This position is a full-time opportunity, based in Manitoba, Hours are Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. Must be eligible to work in Canada and this is an onsite position.

The Opportunity


The RCW Wholesale Sales Manger for the Western Region of Canada is responsible for ensuring that the dealer relationship between the dealer and vendor is seamless, building positive relationships with both internal and external customers to achieve both individual and company goals in the assigned region.

In a typical day, YOU will:

  • Manage a defined sales territory working closely with Reesink Canada Wholesale dealers and customers to generate sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction of our products.
  • Develop a dealer network within the area of responsibility.
  • Organize and assist dealers in conducting customer clinics and open houses to promote the sales of Reesink Canada Wholesale product lineup.
  • Technical troubleshooting, operational strategies, and general product support during the harvest season personally, by phone and/or mail; Support for the creation and translation of marketing material, etc.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and product demonstrations to dealers, customers, and prospects.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in onsite regional farm shows, dealer meetings, and field training programs.
  • Handson product setup and demonstration of products to dealers, customers, and at events.
  • Attend fieldrelated activities and other industry functions as required.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence current and future product design and development.
  • Review and manage sales volumes, market share, and dealer inventories.
  • Work in cooperation with Reesink Canada Wholesale product support and engineering personnel as required.
  • Develop a dealer network according to the company's targets.
  • Support the development of sales & marketing material.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands:


  • Requires ability to spend long periods of time sitting or standing at your workstation.
  • Ability to climb a flight of stairs to access the office.
  • Much of your time will be spent on the phone or computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
