General Information:

The Learning and Development Intern will be the central point of contact in a variety of learning and development initiatives.

You will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development, implementation, management, communications, and administration of new training programs and initiatives.

Internship duration: 12 months, starting October, 2023 (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

Development and delivery of training and resources.
Assess training needs and work with the Training Manager to develop adept training solutions.
Participate in developing various training components, ensuring quality training is created and deadlines are met. Participate in training for internal support teams.
Create communications to promote our training products, programs and services offered

Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor degree in Adult learning 2nd or 3rd year.
Desire to or experience in working with instructional design process and adult learning principles.
Desire to increase your skill developing training resources using a Learning Management System and eLearning software.
Excellent organizational, research, writing, editing and instructional design skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the desire to deepen your presentation and training experience.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to work under strict time and production deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
