Canbridge Business Group (CBG) was established in 2011. We are a well-known education consulting organization that has been deeply involved in Canada. Our company is headquartered in Burnaby, BC with another Canadian branch located at Richmond, BC.

After 10 years of development, CBG has served more than 20,000 clients and has officially expanded our operations in China, US and U.A.E.

By providing professional consulting specializing in offering placement information for prospective graduate students interested in attending colleges and universities in Canada, our goal is to assist overseas international students and local students in their search for graduate programs designed to meet their individual needs.

CBG plans to roll out our business in 2023 to more top tiered cities around the world in the next three years.


Job Requirements:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related sales experience
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Ability to supervise effectively
  • Strong communication in English
  • Strong leadership, sales and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proficient decision making, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented, must be creative and disciplined
  • Experience or knowledge in education consulting preferred

Job Description:


  • Plan, direct and coordinate sales departments in all locations toward the accomplishment of objectives
  • Oversee the daily sales operation, establish sales and administrative procedures, monitor and drive the sales performance of all locations and develop recommendations
  • Maintain and expand domestic and international sales channels to increase market exposure, revenue, and profitability
  • Work in close collaboration with key partners to develop growth strategies, key positioning strategies and execution strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with educational institutions, agents, clients, and others
  • Respond to inquiries and questions from key business partners and VIP customers
  • Write reports and briefing summaries on departments' performance and upcoming work plans
  • Work with marketing department in various marketing campaigns to boost company revenue
  • Organize staff meetings and team building events to foster a culture of collaboration
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of staff performance reviews, staff development, objective setting, and succession planning
  • Manage the recruiting and training of sales staff
  • Other duties as assigned
