The Radisson Hotel & Suites Niagara Falls is seeking a Valet Attendant to join their team
The Valet Attendant will be responsible for assisting with guests' cars and transportation needs and other assistance.

• Controlling traffic flow in front of hotel and other hotel entrances
• Maintaining hotel parking regulations
• Parking guest vehicles in hotel-designated parking spaces
• Greeting all guests passing through the lobby and providing assistance proactively.
• Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Handling guests' luggage
• Performing errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
• Cleaning of all outside areas
• Responding correctly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
• Must have the ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management
• Must at all times work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
• Must have a full G driver's license
• Must be able to drive vehicles with a manual or automatic transmission.
• Hospitality and/or customer service experience is preferred.
