Our team is currently looking for a/an:

Administrative assitant

Job Description:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily correspondences, which includes reviewing, sorting, completing, and routing incoming department correspondence. Initiates communications as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Assisting with deliveries and shipments as required i.e. sending and accepting packages
  • Completing administrative requests, which includes assembling information and documents, inputting information into spreadsheets, scanning and filing documents.
  • Liaison with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, and security to ensure the office runs smoothly).
  • Completing invoicing functions and manually transacts invoicing for specific carriers.
  • Providing quality service while adhering to customer service standards and keeps information confidential to protect operations.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement.
  • Organize repairs and upgrades
  • Performing certain onboarding tasks
  • Perform receptionist duties greet visitors and answer direct calls.
  • Performs other aministrative duties with competence, as assigned

Qualifications:


  • A secondary school diploma.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an office environment.
  • The ability to communicate in French & English.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Excel proficiency is an asset
