Your New Company
You'll be joining a well‑established real estate group with a strong presence in Metro Vancouver's commercial market. The team is tight‑knit, experienced, and committed to delivering consistent, high‑quality service to property owners and tenants.

Your New Role
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of income‑producing commercial properties and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations.

That includes full commercial lease administration, everything from commencements and renewals to expiries and documentation, along with ensuring all lease obligations are met.

You'll prepare annual operating budgets, oversee CAM and operating expense reconciliations, and work closely with accounting to keep financial records accurate.

You'll also handle maintenance planning, service contracts, repairs, and capital projects, as well as conduct regular site inspections to stay ahead of operational issues.

Tenants will look to you as their main point of contact, and you'll build strong relationships while protecting ownership's interests.

A solid understanding of building systems, codes, and safety requirements will help you keep each property running smoothly.

What You Need to Succeed
You bring a valid B.C. Rental Property Management Licence and at least five years of experience managing commercial properties. You're comfortable navigating commercial leases, CAM and operating expense processes, and the legal aspects of commercial tenancy. Experience with lease documents, building operations, and contractor coordination is key.

You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and manage competing priorities with confidence. A B.C. driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is important. Additional language skills are an asset, along with a strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and understanding of agency obligations.
