We're excited to be back touring and looking for an experienced contract negotiator to join our North American Product & Operations team.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for contracting all North America supplier services including hotels, meals, attractions and DMCs as well as managing costs across the APT and Travelmarvel brands.

The Procurement Manager will work to deliver commercially sound outcomes for the business while supporting service delivery goals and establishing great relationships with all suppliers and stakeholders.

• Negotiating North American supplier services including hotels, attractions, meals, trains & DMC's
• Drafting and reviewing all supplier contracts in line with our terms (including payment terms, hand backs and marketing)
• Establish long term, productive and sustainable relationships with all suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed service and quality deliverables which will involve working closely with the Operations and Product Teams.
• Engage in a continual process of market analysis to ensure all brands have the most competitive rates and conditions for all product components while meeting margin objectives.
• Through a continual process of market and competitor research, offer innovative and exclusive product recommendations for APT and Travelmarvel products to deliver the competitive edge

• Proven outstanding contract negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of suppliers in the Canadian & USA tourism market
• Commercial mindset
• Experience in analysing and evaluating market activity
• Strong networking and relationship skills
