Description

Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance and repairs from painting, changing light bulbs, system checks at various locations within Fort McMurray

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential issues
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of logic controllers and industrial electrician skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various equipment and systems
