Mosaic is growing and we're looking for a Resident Services Manager to join our team.


In this role you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at two new, purpose-built rental properties located in Surrey and Abbotsford.


From preparing lease documents, to routine and proactive maintenance, managing rent collection and doing daily inspections and light cleaning, you take pride in ensuring facilities are exceptionally maintained and presented, and current and prospective tenant needs are met.

Who You Are


You have a vehicle and are comfortable driving to your assigned buildings and others as needed for vacation coverage or training purposes.

This is not a live-in caretaker role.

You have prior experience working in a customer service role and excellent English communication skills. Bonus points if you speak another language.


You take ownership of your work, are organized, a good planner, and have a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and common issues with sound judgement and an even keeled approach.


You are comfortable working a variety of shifts, including being on call and weekends as needed for move in / move outs.

Bonus points if you have had some experience troubleshooting minor repairs and competing light repair work.

You have good administrative skills and experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). You have a continuous improvement mindset and are eager to learn and grow.

Finally, you're a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a 'can-do' attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
