The Position
We are currently seeking a Farm Maintenance Technician - Service Technician to join our talented team. Your duties will include maintaining and repairing farm equipment and machinery, barn equipment, trucks, and silage equipment. You're known as a good troubleshooter.

Your core duties will also include:

Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment such as trucks, tractors, trailers, and farm implements such as tillage and harvesting equipment.
Deal quickly and efficiently with maintenance calls from various departments as they arise.
Greasing and oil checks.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

At least 2 years' experience performing similar work in a farm environment
Welding experience is an asset
High level of mechanical aptitude
Detail orientation but able to shift to different projects as required
Ability to document work completed and keep track of parts
Exceptional work ethic
Ability to focus on maintenance in order to minimize major repairs
Ability to work well with others
