Reporting to the Information System Manager, the Developer I creates or adapts software according to specifications and builds or modifies databases as needed.

Creating or adapting databases to use data according to business needs;
Responding to user requests on the operation of the systems in use;
Scheduling or automating reports on demand;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Education:

Two (2) years of higher education
Three (3) years of experience in development

Your Knowledge and Competencies:

Expertise in programming languages (C, WinDev, C#, and Microsoft SQL)
Proficiency with the DIVA programming language (an asset)
Expertise in SQL Server and MySQL databases
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power BI environment: SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS

Your Skills and Abilities:

Thoroughness and rigour to ensure the accuracy of the features and data of the systems
Selfsufficiency
Ability to work in a team
Critical thinking
Strong analytical skills
Mandatory bilingualism (French and English)
Attention to detail when documenting work
