Summary:
Are you looking for a challenging position that will utilize your strong organizational and administrative skills?
The Employee Services group is seeking a dynamic and professional Consultant, Transition Services possessing a broad base of experience and knowledge in a corporate environment of Bell Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administration of HR programs & policies for voluntary and involuntary business unit and company-wide initiatives
Provide centralized services to various internal groups to ensure efficiency of operations and transactional processes:
- Provide ongoing support to Human Resources and Labour Relation Teams during initiatives and special end of employment programs
- Guidance to Human Resources & Labour Relation on Pension & Benefit criteria, eligibility and important impacts for various projects/initiatives
- Manage SAP Transactions following end of employments
- Partner with Pension Team to understand pension bridging and explain impacts to Human Resources and Labour Relations Teams
- Partner with Benefits Administrator (LifeWorks) to manage benefits extension following end of employment
- Collaborate with Finance Team to coordinate business case reports and manages this process on a quarterly basis with Human Resources & Finance Corporate Team to ensure funding/cost centers are accrued correctly
- Outplacement Services tracking & coding of redeployment opportunities, including payment of outplacement fees with providers
- Support legal team on settlement calculations and provide profile reports
Critical Qualifications:
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of Payroll & Transactions
- Strong organizational skills, self motivation, an ability to handle multiple demands by prioritizing
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Effective decision making
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc)
- Excellent aptitude for interpersonal relations combined with an ability to interact with other members in a professional and efficient manner
- Demonstrated ability for team work, working under pressure and respecting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post secondary education
- Payroll and/or call center experience
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
