We want you to join our team at our SUDBURY location as a Customer Service Inventory Representative _
Tuesday to Saturday_
shift_

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing support to our customers and our sales, delivery, and service teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
  • Set up deliveries and book service calls
  • Keep track of inventory, shipping and recieving
  • Cycle counts and shiping to branches
  • Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installation, as required
  • Print and distribute service work orders and route tickets, close work orders, and bill out once completed
  • Promote and upsell products and services to new and current customers
  • Book walkin and phone sales lead with Sales Team
  • Make accounts receivable collections and related calls, forward outstanding invoices as requested
  • Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine, balance cash, prepare bank deposits, UEI payment transactions, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, petty cash, etc
  • Other related duties as required

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including the ability to work on multiple computer systems and experience learning and using complex programs
