Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the building.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in common areas.
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces, including windows and fixtures.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and ensuring equipment functionality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning and basic maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
