Looking for Line Operators to work full-time in Brampton.
Must be able to work 12 hour continental shifts (Days and Nights available). Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work in Hot Temperatures.
Operator - Extruder

  • Taking care of all process and housekeeping aspects from the extruders down to the pull/traction roll (before the accumulator/battery).
  • Ensure the extruder is purged and the die is clean; no die lines, no material on the lip prior to starting up.
  • Ensure cast rolls are properly cleaned and maintained. Web is threaded up properly for startup.
  • Starting up and providing leadership to instruct others to help start the line safely.
Operator - Winder


This individual provides support to the Operator-Extruder, and is responsible for the proper operation of the accumulator/battery to the winder, removing the rolls, packaging and labelling rolls, and managing the supplies needed to package the rolls.

They are also responsible for ensuring the raw materials in the blending area are properly topped up. Ensuring the flakes and trim are properly metered, and resin is topped up.


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year Experience as a Forklift Operator (CB)
  • Must be Able to Communicate in English
  • Must be Detail Orientated
  • Must Wear Steel Toe Boots
  • Applicant Must be Currently Residing in the GTA
  • Applicant Must Be a PR, Have a Open Work Permit, or be a Canadian Citizen

Salary:
$18.00 per hour
