PART-TIME CUSTODIAN POSITION

The Custodian will work 24 hours a week; hours to be determined in conjunction with Church Administrator, to whom this position reports.

The Custodian will provide cleaning of the interior of the church, excluding the Daycare area. The Custodian will also be responsible for ensuring the building exterior and grounds are maintained in a clean state. This role involves setting up and tearing down chairs/tables for Sunday worship, church meetings, church events and rental events.

Light maintenance tasks are also required:
minor plumbing; minor electrical; minor equipment repairs/upkeep; and, replacing light bulbs and furnace filters

This is not an exhaustive list of every task that might be needed to be done in caring for the building.)

Salary:
$20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
