    Job Summary

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing organizational strategies that meet our vision, providing labour relations guidance and maintaining a positive work environment.


    This role involves serving as the primary liaison between management and union representatives, interpreting collective agreements, leading grievance handling and resolution processes, discipline procedures including progressive discipline investigations.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Labour Relations & Union Management

      • Act as the primary liaison between management and union representatives;

      • Interpret collective bargaining contracts to ensure compliance with employment law;

      • Maintain professional relationships with union partners; provide guidance on best practices.

    • Serve as an escalation point for employee inquiries; manage complex labor relations issues. Provide day-to-day direction to payroll staff on HR-related matters.​​
