As a key member of our client booking team, you will assist with planning, organizing and improving the scheduling process in order to provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors and clients.

They are responsible for accepting and confirming bookings, reviewing resource availability, identifying preferences, scheduling required resources and organizing appreciation events for contractors.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to booking inquiries.
  • Guide clients through scoping their requirements, capturing specifics and confirming bookings.
  • Scheduling of equipment, facilities and people resources.
  • Follow through with exceptional client communications and set up guidance for our in person team.
  • Review resource availability, identify preferences and schedule required resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour
