    Responsabilités

    • Suivis ponctuels avec les différents projets;
    • Tenue de dossiers ITC;
    • S'assurer de la mise en place des programmes ITC sur chaque site de construction;
    • Communication avec les différents acteurs impliqués dans ITC;
    • Valider la conformité des exigences à l'égard d'apprentis sur l'ensemble des projets visés;
    • Communication avec les différents acteurs impliqués dans ITC, incluant nos sous-traitants si requis;
    • Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour élaborer une stratégie de conformité aux exigences selon les besoins;
    • Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour élaborer un plan de redressement si requis;
    • Effectuer la compilation des données et informations reçues.

    Qualifications

    • Diplôme collégial en bureautique, administration ou tout autre domaine connexe;
    • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en administration ou un domaine connexe;
    • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais);
    • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et anglais;
    • Créativité, autonomie, souci du détail et rigueur;
    • Capacité à adapter le ton et les messages à différents publics;
    • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification et gestion des priorités.
