    Description

    The private retirement residence Les Tours Angrignon is ideally located close to many amenities, allowing residents to enjoy the benefits of urban life while being within walking distance of Angrignon Park.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    This position involves preparing in the kitchen, assembling the plates, serving in the dining room, cleaning the tables and washing the dishes. We are looking for a very versatile person.

    ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assemble plates of food
    • Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards
    • Be required to participate in the serving of meals and/or light housework when required
    • Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
    • Clean kitchen equipment
    • Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.)
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
    • Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
    • Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
    • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
    • Manning the warm table, help residences with their choices
    • Peel and cut vegetables for meals
    • Perform other related duties
    • Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts
    • Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places
