Our team in Vancouver is growing, we are currently recruiting for a
Project Director (Mining & Metals).


We're on the look out for a professional with a knack for envisioning and crafting innovative technical concepts within the realm of minerals & metal projects.

About the role

  • Leading multidiscipline project teams (both internal and external) towards successful project completion
  • Driving effective collaboration for optimal performance and quality of work.
  • Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safety
  • Cultivating and preserving a professional and collaborative relationship with the client.
  • Effectively overseeing construction and engineering activities in alignment with the project schedule and budget.
  • Ensuring that project risks are adequately addressed and communicated to key stakeholders.
**About you

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent technical training and experience is preferable.
  • 20+ years experience in complex and/or highprofile largescale projects (EPC/EPCM).
  • Solid experience in process plants and mining projects in excess of USD $500 M.
  • Extensive experience in leading large teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Successfully led and completed an entire project lifecycle, overseeing it from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of construction including the management of changes and variations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Articulate and confident, with excellent presentation skills (both oral and written).

Salary range:
$260,000 - $350,000 annually


Expected Salary:

Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
