Product Responsibilities:
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Act as spokesperson for an organization.
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs
- Responsible for assisting in gathering research and voice of customer insights to guide the development and execution of a commercial strategy for products
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation
- Maintain office organization
- Prioritizes and manages calendars and resolves scheduling conflicts
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, and/or other internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with administrative procedures, processes and standards.
- Ability to use a variety of software programs, databases and programs including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible, adaptable and responsive to change
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
