Product Responsibilities:


  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Act as spokesperson for an organization.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs
  • Responsible for assisting in gathering research and voice of customer insights to guide the development and execution of a commercial strategy for products

Administrative Responsibilities:


  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation
  • Maintain office organization
  • Prioritizes and manages calendars and resolves scheduling conflicts
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, and/or other internal and external partners.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience with administrative procedures, processes and standards.
  • Ability to use a variety of software programs, databases and programs including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible, adaptable and responsive to change
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
