    Description

    The role:Responsible for the wine list, with creative freedom and a central place in the customer experience

    • Complete management of the wine list (approximately 350 labels)
    • Selection of wines, meetings with representatives
    • Creation of food and wine pairings for our tasting menu
    • Management of inventories
    • Communication and popularization of food-wine pairings to the service team
    • Presence in the dining room, table suggestions, customer support, and highlighting the wine list

    Responsibilities

    Requirements

    Desired profile

    • Training in sommelier or equivalent experience
    • Genuine passion for wine, gastronomy, and service
    • Ability to communicate, bring people together, and work in a team
    • Positive, human, and professional attitude
    • Stable schedule from Wednesday to Saturday
    • Conditions to be discussed based on experience
