We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the needs of the customers, including structuring finance deals and securing approval.
• Explain financing programs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of the financial terms.
• Handle all customer queries related to financing and loans, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Offering supplemental protection products for customer vehicle purchases including warranty, insurance and protection packages.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations concerning finance deals and contracts.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Automotive Finance experience is a requirement and not negotiable
• Strong understanding of automotive finance calculations and principles.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Software.
