Busy real estate office requires a Property Management Administrator to join our growing team
Looking for a professional and eager individual with a willingness to learn and pitch in wherever required. Experience would be an asset. Full-time position available. Resume and Cover Letter Required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting Agents & our clients
- Answering telephones & paging messages
- Receiving keys & packages
- Data entry & filing
- Monthly rent collection & payouts
- Generating reports
- Issuing cheques
- Some marketing duties required (social media & rental advertising)
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly Organized
- Detail Orientated
- Reliable
an asset but willing to train the right individual.
Ability to work occasional Saturday is required.
Experience with social media marketing would be
an asset.
Compensation will depend upon experience.
Full Health/Dental benefits after 90 days.
