As a Labour Resource Dispatcher, you bring order and harmony to our bustling AV business. Picture yourself as the conductor of a symphony, orchestrating the efficient deployment of our labor resources.
From coordinating schedules and optimizing resource allocation to resolving conflicts, you'll be the secret sauce that ensures projects flow seamlessly.

Qualifications:
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Facilitating the allocation of resources for various projects, including dispatching of service technicians.
- Collaborating with project managers and lead technicians to understand project requirements.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and approving vacation requests to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Engaging subcontractors as needed and tracking and approving related invoicing.
- Monitoring and optimizing labor utilization for optimal productivity.
- Identifying and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to ensure project execution.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resource allocation and project progress.
- Procuring quotes from subcontractors as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills: you can prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools.
- AV technical proficiency is a plus.
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
